Our server has setup and configuration to match retail game play. We are using private emulator L2jUnited (check project web for changelogs). Forbidden Lands server has stable economics, 5 years without wipe is sign of well balanced features and game play. You can find working retail like features which are very unique for our server. We have much more working features on our server but we wont bother you with long lists. You need to see it by your own but be warned, not many servers can offer you the number of working things that we offer.
