Hello,after long discussions we decide for open new Low Rate server.
Players which play on Mid-Rate server (Bartz) dont need worry,Bartz will stay online.
We talked long time about "setting". Low rate setting should look something like this :

Rate: XP,SP = 4x
Party XP,SP = 1,3x
Drop, raid drop = 4x
Spoil, adena = 5x
Manor, quests = 1x
Raid boss ?perky = 1x
Vitality system = Level 1: 150%, Level 2: 200%, Level 3: 250%, Level 4: 300%

Buffs retail (buffy = 20 miń, songs a dances = 2 min, 5 min buffs = 5 minut)
Class transfer Quest = Yes

Autolearn Skills = No
Autoloot = Yes
Newbie buffs = to 85 level
Weight Limit = 3x

Planned start of LR is this Friday (8.10.2010).But is possible to start server may change.
Server will be for International Community !
