The quality of PVP has dramatically dropped over the past few years with private servers, mainly because of over enchanted weapons, offered through Donations and ridiculous events. At RL2 the quality of PVP has been increased by limiting each weapon's enchant to 7, and each armor/jewelry to 6. This helps encourage achievable game play, allowing anyone to be apart of sieges, raids, and pvp events.
